About AquaFly Exterior Cleaning
AquaFly Exterior Cleaning is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Forney, Texas, owned and operated by twin brothers Ricky and Chris Jimenez. We clean the outside of homes and commercial properties across the East Dallas area — soft washing houses and roofs, pressure washing driveways and patios, cleaning exterior windows, and handling the commercial dumpster pads and enclosures most contractors would rather not touch.
We are a service-area business. That means we come to you: there is no shop or showroom for customers to visit, and no walk-in address to publish. Every job starts the same way — a free, no-obligation quote done on the actual property, with a firm number given before any work is scheduled.
The reason to be careful about who cleans your exterior is that the wrong method is worse than no cleaning at all. High pressure on a roof strips the granules off the shingles. High pressure on stucco cracks it. High pressure on painted wood takes the paint with it. Matching the method to the surface is most of the job, and it is the part a cheap quote usually skips.

Ricky and Chris Jimenez
The two people who own AquaFly, quote the work, and do the work.

- Chris Jimenez — Co-owner, AquaFly Exterior Cleaning
AquaFly is owned and run by twin brothers Ricky and Chris Jimenez. They started it in Forney, where they grew up, straight out of high school — not as a summer job, but as the thing they intend to build a living on. The goal is to grow it far enough on both the residential and commercial side that it supports them, and to put what it earns toward trade school.
That matters to you for a practical reason. When two people own the business, quote the job, and then personally do the work, there is nobody in the middle whose margin depends on cutting a corner. There is no crew dispatched from another county who will never see your street again, and no subcontractor handling the part you actually paid for. The person who told you what it would cost is the person standing on your driveway.
It is also why the method talk on this site is not marketing. Knowing that a roof gets soft washed and a driveway gets pressure washed — and that doing it the other way around strips shingle granules and cracks stucco — is the difference between a clean house and an expensive repair. They would rather explain that at the quote than have you find out afterwards.
Our one published customer review says “the twins did a FABULOUS job.” That is who she means.
Things you can check rather than take our word for
- Starting prices are published on this site — $117 for a standard driveway, $197 for a one-story house soft wash, $12 per standard exterior window — instead of being held back until a salesperson is on your porch.
- Our job photographs are our own, taken on the properties we cleaned, and each one is labeled with the city it was actually done in.
- We publish the customer reviews we genuinely have, and no others. There is currently one, and that is what is on the site.
- We name the method we use for each surface and why, so you can tell whether whoever else is quoting you is proposing the right one.
- Every quote is free, in person, and carries no obligation.

A residential concrete driveway in Forney's Devonshire community, pressure washed back to an even, clean finish — the difference visible in a single frame.
