These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the AquaFly Exterior Home Care website at twinaquafly.com and to the exterior cleaning services we provide. By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
AquaFly Exterior Home Care ("AquaFly," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential exterior cleaning services — including soft washing, pressure washing, and window cleaning — in Forney, Rockwall, Sunnyvale, Mesquite, Crandall, and Terrell, Texas, and nearby areas.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are free and are based on the information you provide about your property and the services requested.
- If an on-site assessment reveals conditions that differ from that information (for example, additional square footage, heavy staining, or access issues), the price may need to be adjusted. We will always confirm any change with you before starting work.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Scheduling and Weather
Exterior cleaning depends on weather and safe working conditions. We may need to reschedule an appointment due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other safety concerns. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To help the service go smoothly, we ask that you:
- Provide access to the areas to be cleaned and to an exterior water source and, if needed, electrical outlet.
- Close all windows and doors and keep pets and children away from work areas during the service.
- Remove or secure fragile items, decorations, and vehicles near the work areas.
- Tell us in advance about any pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, leaks, or areas of concern (for example, aged wood, loose siding, failing window seals, or oxidized paint).
5. Payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
6. Satisfaction and Re-Service
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address it at no additional charge, provided the issue relates to the work performed.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We take care to protect your property and use industry-appropriate methods and cleaning solutions for each surface.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from conditions we could not reasonably detect or that were not disclosed to us — such as failing paint, aged or brittle surfaces, faulty window seals, or improperly installed materials.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
8. Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your quote, scheduling, and services by phone, text message, or email. Text messaging terms and your opt-out rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
9. Website Content
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Testimonials shown on the site reflect the experience of real AquaFly customers; individual results may vary. All site content, branding, and logos are the property of AquaFly Exterior Home Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the State of Texas.
